Domestic Federal Funds requirement:: Require American Employees

I think there is a pretty simple way, and ethically appropriate way, to build American Jobs. There is a lot of government outsourcing going on. A tremendous amount of funds.

Congress needs to pass a law to require that any firm bidding on Government contracts (not used for international relations) use mostly US labor.

There is currently no requirement to do this. Since these are our tax dollars, they should be used in ways that builds our economy first!

If you agree please recommend. Maybe if we get the idea out there politicians will pick up on it.

No offense meant -- don't take this personally, but it's a no brainer. This should be an absolute requirement for all federal contract, including Halliburton's.
