1) Should you have a drivers license
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger was riding his motorcycle illegally over the weekend when he collided with a car in his Los Angeles neighborhood, police said Tuesday. Schwarzenegger acknowledged that he never bothered to obtain a motorcycle license because he "never thought about it."
So it's not only a no, it's a don't just not have a license, don't even think about having one.
2)Is the primary purpose of that drivers license to be your photo ID or to show you passed basic drivers education and can be trusted with a motor vehicle
Schwarzenegger To Veto Immigrant Driver’s License Bill Schwarzenegger vowed repeatedly to reject any license legislation that doesn’t identify immigrant drivers as different from citizens.“The way it was passed it has no distinguishing characteristic and the governor has been consistent, saying the # 1 issue we have to worry about is national security,” said Schwarzenegger spokeswoman Margita Thompson.
So it's not only an ID, it's an ID worthy of national security! I know when I'm driving I'm personally worried more about if there's guy entering the green zone in Iraq with only his California drivers license as ID than if that other drivers knows the simple basic rules of the road. (pst Arnold I couldn't even enter the US from Canada last week with my California drivers license as my only ID)
3)Should rich people pay traffic fines
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is calling out his wife, Maria Shriver, for apparently violating a state law he signed — holding her cell phone while driving. Drivers who are spotted by law enforcement officers holding a cell phone to their ear are subject to fines of at least $20 for the first ticket and $50 for subsequent tickets, plus additional fees. "Thanks for bringing her violations to my attention. There's going to be swift action." Schwarzenegger spokesman Aaron McLear says that by "swift action," the governor means he'll ask his wife not to hold the phone while driving.
Officials say that Governor Schwarzenegger will not be charged with a driving violation in the weekend motorcycle crash that left him with a fat lip and a political black eye.
No, they're just better than the rest of us.
