It wouldn’t surprise me if this is the reason why BO declared a swine flu emergency in order to have martial law declared either on the federal level or imposed on the state level thereby preventing the people from speaking out against him and his usurpation of the Constitution.

I went to the link. Of some interest might be the link at the bottom of the article which points unexpectedly, at least for me, to a YouTube video: Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up. Also read the comments. They are very, very skeptical as am I. Actually the link is clearly a phony since it appears to be a news link of some sort but really isn't. IMHO the article is a fake.
