FNC Execs Say Hosts "Gave Too Much Credence" To Obama/Madrassah Rumor
http://www.mediabistro.com/tvnewser/

On Friday, FNC senior VP Bill Shine told ABC News that the hosts of Fox & Friends "gave too much credence to the Insight magazine report and spent far too long discussing its premise on the air."

And now, FNC senior VP John Moody is telling the New York Times that "the hosts violated one of our general rules, which is know what you are talking about. They reported information from a publication whose accuracy we didn't know."

2. "know what you are talking about" is one of Faux's "general rules"?
 There are a lot of rule-breakers over there, then.

3. I've been reading on Scoobie Davis that Insight plans another story like this
Insight, the moonie mag, is planning on another story about Obama and muslims. Moon wants Obama out of the way because he opposes Bush.

4. lol When does anyone at Fox EVER know what they're talking about?
I can't believe they finally apologized.

People should appreciate this. Obama just did to Fox what Fox does to so many Democrats: he shamed them into apologizing under public pressure. This is a good sign for what kind of candidate Obama will be.

7. Bullshit. Fox employees get specific marching orders, every day.
The network got busted, for once, and the suits are throwing their own people under the bus.
