2. I started posting here shortly after I discovered it

via a link to the Top Ten list at Buzzflash. I was under a different name and my posts were few, but I was secure in the knowledge that it was a forum without wingnuts and it was so far under the radar that nothing I wrote would ever be seen by Agent Mike.

I got this name when I went to Florida to care for a dying parent and the original password got lost in the shuffle. I've since resurrected it but I'm loath to give up my insanely high postings number.

What a difference a few years make. Now, anyone who wants to know what makes rank and file Democrats tick has to come here and start reading.
