New Story Alert: Sarah Palin

I do not know if anyone will be interested in this, but I decided to discuss it just in case someone would be interested in watching the story. During the 7:30am et segment ABC Good Morning America will have a story discussing the fact that Sarah Palin has been using a $4,000 per hour private jet to fly from location to location. The big deal about this is that Palin has been claiming to be one of the down home people. In addition, she has made a bid deal about doing her tour on a bus.

3. Another Thing About the Story

The news segment pointed out that Palin famously made a big deal about selling Alaska's gubernatorial jet. I had forgotten about that fact.

before going to the local Borders...

I'm guessing she leaves Tawd and the "things she quit in high school" (Trig, Track, etc) on the bus... (or under it)

9. Yeah, the freepers were saying it was no big deal, of course the bus is only

for ferrying her around locally, if you look at the posted schedule there's no way she could make all those destinations traveling only by bus, yadda, yadda, yadda. OK, but they can't both be true. Unless it's a Magic Bus that is always there waiting to pick her up wherever her plane lands.

this story was mentioned here in numerous threads last week. I'm not complaining about duplicate threads or being snarky because you've just heard about this, mind you, but it's indicative of how DU is always ahead of the curve - no matter what.
