Is that we will over react and decide to lock up all teenage criminals for life without parole if they commits any violent crime.
I think congress tends to over react and pass blanket laws that do not take into account some circumstances.

You know how people react at times. I don't want one case to change the law so no teenager can get out of jail early if they deserve it.
