I don't get it about the Salahis - AKA as the White House crashers

Supposedly they were on the Today Show - saw something on CNN - where they said they were invited and were, oh, so offended by the coverage they received. Yeah, right.

However, I think that they were the ones posting the photos on their blog, bragging how they crashed the party. I seem to remember that, had they not posted and bragged, that no one would have even realized that they crashed. So, what gives?

It is important, if individuals at the White House and the Secret Service are going to pay for this.

So, was it a breach in security or not?

on FB, I thought it was more like, "Had a nice time at the State Dinner, check out the pictures", or something to that effect.. I could be wrong, though.

When the story first broke out, the comment was that, had they not posted on their Facebook no one would have known..

Who "alerted" the reporter, or why they did, I have no idea. But once it got in the Post, the story went on from there. So, yeah, if they had not posted on FB, they probably wouldn't have been discovered, but that doesn't necessarily mean were bragging about crashing the party. Maybe they honestly thought they were invited.
