I have a Christian friend who attended a meeting for a combined food drive. He brought back all kinds of nifty little gifts. He also brought back several brochures from organizations decrying those who are murdering Christian in Uganda and other places---"Christan martyrs"--- all requesting monetary support. The tone of these brochures is frightening, as they reached to the way back machine for what they consider old time religion. I don't wish anyone killed for their faith, of course.


BUT a faith(or a version of it)that consistently condones violence against innocents, consistently tries to deny human rights to Gays can go fuck themselves. Rick Warren is a disgusting opportunist, and I'm sure, a wealthy one, shearing his flock on a regular basis.
