Where is the best (fastest) site to watch the Obama speech tonight on line

I have no cable or tv and one of my kids will probably be on his xboxlive while i watch so I need a site that isn't too busy with popups/ads etc.

Is CSPAN the best?

When i have tried to live stream cnn or msnbc it lags out and stops

But I want to see it live if possible and my computer is a little laggy

(I know, shut the xbox off, but I'd rather just watch and let them play without issues about it (my god the fact that Obama is escalating has most of the kids (teens) I know saying he is just like Bush.

So save the critique and just advise on a site please?

You might also try to see if they're broadcasting from the White House web site. You know, since they're all techy and stuff.
