I view this as a good thing. In fact, maybe the IAEA and the UN and whoever else has their hands in the pie would be happy if the Russians were running the thing for the Iranians and serving as the world's eyes and ears. I hope they have weeded out the people that like to make unauthorized tests at 1 in the morning.
