I'm not much of an Unrecc'er

As a matter of fact, I don't think that I've unrecc'ed anyone on purpose. I haven't put anyone on ignore either.

I have given out a ton of rec's. Lot's of hug's and maybe a few kisses... and unless it's a troll or someone mean to me, I try to be nice.

Maybe I'm not angry enough? Well, anger has never been my bag.

Anyway... I just wanted to wave to all you guys out there and say hi! I hope that if you weren't having a good day, I hope that you have a better one tomorrow.

I'm here to learn something, not to change hearts and minds. But it often seems to me as if half the threads here get an unrec or two when they're first posted and I've wondered if there are some folks out there who register here just to unrec threads. Or maybe they're just angry... :shrug:

It's not that I'm a prude. I just heard that word (actually, its expanded version -- mother-fuck) way too often when I was locked in a federal Bureau of Prisons facility for eighteen months.

DU is better than that. Believe me, I do know. That's why I appreciate the "unrec" button. It allows me one small opportunity to encourage civility here. May not be much but it is a nice option.

And no, I don't care what the OPs actually say that I unrec. If they start with "fuck", I don't give a fuck how erudite they are.
