I believe I heard correctly that Bush never submitted a spending bill in 8 years that was objected to by a Republican.

They all passed.... largest increase in the size of government by any Presidential Administration in history.

And now after they turned a budget surplus into a huge deficit because of their actions, they are calling for Democratic restraint in government spending?

ANd for good measure they try to rewrite history to 'forget' that the Republican Party tried their best to kill Medicare back in 1965 BEFORE it could get started --and now they portray themselves as the defender's of 'Grandma's Medicare.' A classic.

You'll never go broke betting that you will overestimate the amount of Hypocrisy coming from Republicans...
