Second, it's been made clear by many of those opposed to conflict in Afghanistan that they feel Afghanistan had no roll in 9/11. Many of them act like 9/11 is a hoax like the moon landing was (that line is sarcasm). Posting that photo set is as much flamebait as the threads showing grieving military families or disfigured Afghan babies.

Way more than 3000 Afghans, many of them innocent, have already died thanks to OUR bombs and mortars.

Osama Bin Laden is no longer in Afghanistan. He is either dead or in some other country.

Our war-making and killing of civilians and tolerance of corruption have STRENGTHENED the Taliban.

I have this silly idea that American lives are no more special than any other human lives and that one American death does not require umpteen foreign deaths in revenge.
