1. It may have been exported but you can still find it in the Good 'Ol USA.
You just have to look around a bit. However, I think we will start to see a rise in it in the coming years. It will have a new PR name for it but slavery non the less.

2. Yup
we got at least two names for it that I know of... "H1-B visa" and "undocumented worker". Indentured servitude by any other name is still a form of slavery.
