Though people couldn't see, he was as much real change as Obama was seen to be. Not to mention, imagine a President Kerry at Bali or Copenhagen. (This is not knocking Obama, it is that Kerry and Gore really have a commitment that is deeper here.)

and have always admired him. I was very disappointed he did not become president.

14. Just finished listening to the clips on CSPAN

Coburn is a creep. He actually thought he was making a huge point when he attacked Kerry - "How many medicare patients have you seen? etc" then not letting him respond. Later Kerry did, asking why as he didn't drive a bus he feels comfortable voting on transportation issues, and having not served in the military - voting to send soldiers to war, etc.
