If Bush had finished the job in Afghanistan and captured or killed Bin Laden

and killed off the leadership of Al Qaeda at the Battle of Tora Bora in December 2001, then...

1) Would we have a Democratic President today?
2) Would we still be in Afghanistan?
3) Would we have still invaded Iraq?

I know what my answers are to these questions, but I'm curious to see what others here think. Please discuss. Thanks in advance for the discussion and responses.

And Al Qaeda is (mostly) a work of fiction. (see my signature)

Furthermore, had the Supreme Court not installed Chimpy as pResident, there would have been no "New PERLE Harbor" (not a typo) and therefore, no false reason to invade Afghanistan in the first place.
