Update: TCF Bank refunded all of the overdrafts

From a previous detailed thread my sister got into a gotcha situation with overdrafts but it to her surprise after writing corporate she got her money refunded.

Hopefully the banks will stop this or Congress will stop them.

1. Congress seems to be on the side of the banks.

Or so it seems.

You might want to consider putting your money on a giant meteorite solving both the bank and the congress problems.
