8. No. It's a pure stand on principle...
...if you consider grandstanding a principle. The others, mostly bought, and the usual suspects -- Massa, Skelton, Davis TN, etc. -- you could name 20 of the other 26. I'm surprised DiFazio -- the other half of the Immaculately Conceived Caucus -- wasn't in there too -- he voted against ACES also.
