Period. The Senate works evenings, weekends, and through the holiday if necessary. Put some pressure on asshole Coburn. From what I'm reading here (can't watch right now), Coburn is forcing the reading of Sander's Single Payer amendment in an effort to stall proceedings.

So, the reading of a genuine and decent amendment, one which reflects the actual direction this whole thing should have gone in from the beginning, is being used by the Republicans to hold up the vote on the compromised and deeply flawed bill.

Am I getting this right?
