"The president might not owe his office to Gov. Dean. But the margin of victory Democrats enjoyed in U.S. House and Senate races in 2008 was Dean’s accomplishment.

Rahm Emanuel’s bitterness over this may be far deeper and more costly to the Democratic Party in 2010 and 2012 than even the most articulate critics of Emanuel’s methods and policies, Jane Hamsher and Howie Klein, have yet been able to articulate."

1. Emanuel & Liebermann
two bitter little men who put their need to "get even" ahead of the country.

2. To be fair, If Obama did not share Rahm's beliefs and philosophy
do you think he would have hired him for such a strategic
position? No, I am not defending Rahm, but Rahm cannot
act without the Presidential Nod.

5. Rahm has been a disaster ever since the Clinton era.
This guy has got to be kicked out of power if we ever want any real progress.

9. True. During every communication I have had with this White House I have said I will believe
President Obama has decided to stand up for the people when I hear Rahm Emanuel has decided he needs more time with his family and takes Geitner, Summer, and Bernanke with him. Period. As long as they work for him, we know where he stands.

7. I didnt know that Rahm was a rebel who just did as he pleased...
without Obama's approval. I always thought he did Obama's bidding. Thank you for setting me strait on this matter.
