5. POTUS lost this bill when he went on holiday & teabaggers went wild..

its now seems throwing anything and everything up against the wall to see what sticks is the plan. The GOP is dancing with glee that there will be no Christmas bill for Obama. We should require that what ever plan is passed all elected & government employees must sign onto it. It time for Democrats to take to the street.
