Seriously, I've done a lot of public speaking including policy debating and if you can't make your point in ten minutes either you haven't thought about it long enough or you don't have one. If Franken can get these idiots in the habit of making their point and then shutting up and letting the next guy talk, he's my hero.

Ten minutes means ten minutes. Maybe a kind constituent could send Mr Lieberman a stop watch so he can practice coming in under his allotted time.
