The reporter from Beaufort NC has a little too much eye makeup this AM. Also, she's a little giddy - not really a laughing matter.

Her name is Nicole something. Funny how CNN still does not necessarily show the names of the reporters under the correspondents.

The main difference is that in SC it's pronounced "Bewfurt"; in NC it's pronounced "Bofurt"....a bit of trivia from NC.
