It rejected the Kyoto Protocol a decade ago. Will it do the same again?

The USA was dissed "Big time" and nothing of substance came from the get together. Obama is no longer adored throughout the world as he was only six short months ago. The World does not like America's Republican way of governing and it is telling us that in no uncertain terms.
