This poll meets, at least partially, the definition of a push poll. It is a poll that intends to deliver an opinion while asking a question.

The actual structure, though, fails to meet another characteristic of push polls. Namely, someone opposed to the stated position could vote 'FALSE' without either agreeing to something ridiculous or something counter to their position.
