In Celebration of the passage of the Health Care bill, I plan to have my Car worked on.

True..The Engine smokes up a storm and the Transmission is shot plus the Brakes are in horrible shape and I drive it with bald tires but if I get the oil changed today, everything will be just Fine! :)

3. Wait, first you have to pay regular premiums to your car-care company...

Then you take your car to your mechanic. Then he'll tell you how much it will cost to fix your car, but you will first have to pay him the deductible. Then your car-care company will only pony up a fraction of your mechanic's fee. Then you'll have to pay top-dollar for the oil (no less-expensive oil from Canada!), then you file bankruptcy without ever getting you car fixed because your car-care company will tell you the oil-leak is a preexisting condition!
