...polite, helpfully suggest she can get funding from Ben Nelson. Same for others (not just picking on her, but I've received 2 emails in the last week from her campaign).

I think the way to get through is to respond to their donation requests with a "no" (maybe a "Sorry! I'm donating instead to Planned Parenthood in the names of Ben Nelson and Bart Stupak" and unsubscribe).
