1. House and Senate have to hash out a compromise
It then has to pass both with conservatives trying to block it every step of the way. If it does, then Obama has to sign it.

2. I take it you are outside the USA.
There is probably another month of Congressional work to be done.

The Senate isn't expected to pass it until Christmas Eve. The House has a different bill, so both bodies need to reconcile the differences under a Committee procedure. After that, both bodies have to vote/pass the new agreed upon version. After that, it goes to the President.
The Republicans are going to do everything possible to drag this out, so a month might be optimistic. My guess is that something will be passed and signed before the President gives his annual 'State of the Union' address to the country.

5. House Bill is done.
Senate bill has to now pass Cloture vote (on the entire bill, last night was the manager's amendment). 60 votes needed.

Then the Senate bill has to be be passed - 50 votes needed (tie allows Biden to break).

Then the two bills go to conference (UNLESS the House decides to vote on the Senate bill - unlikely).

The bills are "reconciled" (this is NOT the procedure called reconciliation - ironic, no? :) )

Then the Senate has to break another likely (certain) filibuster - 60 votes needed.

Then the Senate and the House need to approve the final bill - 50 for Senate, simple majority for House.

Then the President signs it.
