There is something really wrong here. Corporations set up their businesses in the Caymans or other places to avoid taxes. They get tax breaks and write-offs.

5. Corporate taxes are inefficient taxes from an economic perspective.

It would make more sense to just tax rich people a lot more since a corporate income tax is essentially a tax on capital anyway and the top 1% owns most of the capital.
