Anyone have sources about President Obama and giving foreign police power in the US

Has anyone ever heard anything like this? I conducted some searches and have found nothing, I also went to Snopes didn't find anything there and I submitted to them.

And you should know that when someone makes a bizarre claim like this, it should be up to THEM to provide at least an inkling of proof. It's not your job to prove that he DIDN'T do something, that's often times impossible.

3. GWB and Harper gave the US and Canadian armies the right to cross the boarder...

this was basically a result of the horrible ice storm in Quebec when the only folks capable of getting up there to help folks with the power outage were stationed at Fort Drum, NY. The Canadian Army trains at Ft. Drum also, so you see them driving around.

I've heard NOTHING about this Obama e-mail. I also haven't received it from any right wing cranks I know. I'll keep an eye peeled for it.
