I got this proposal in an email from a friend, and he gives permission for it to be copied in full:

most legislators have tin ears when it comes to global

a read for most law makers and even many newspaper
editors, sad to say - because the sentiments and
suggestions are indeed worthy. Intelligence and reason
are not exactly in the ascendency ithese days.
Lawmakers and media have become so fucking arrogant
and dismissive of minions like you and me, that they
usually earn only scorn from thinking, concerned
people willing to act. For a reply I wouldn't
expect much more than a half page of platitudes
crafted by a junior staffer thanking you for your oh
so salient points. The Internet however, as you know,
has become the chief source of information for most of
the world. I hope this gets wide circulation on the
web. Are you posting this on any blogs? Younger
folk, especially, need this information. I think you
should submit this to the local newspapers as well
considering sending it to editors and blogs in Tel Aviv, Amman, Baghdad, Cairo, Damascus and certainly
Tehran, etc. etc. Thank you for pinging me on this."-

ABBREVIATE WHAT WAS DETAILED IN THE 6 BILLS? (BELOW IF
YOU DO NOT HAVE IT) I AM NOT VERSED WELL IN INTERNET
STUFF. I FEEL IN MY GUT THOUGH, THAT IF THIS GOT OUT
TO CONGRESSIONAL LEADERS AND.....THEIR LOCAL HOMETOWN
RADIO TALK SHOW HOSTS THAT WOULD LIKE AN INTERVIEW ON
THE PROPOSALS....OR LOTS OF BLOGS...THIS MATTER WOULD
GET ATTENTION.

Six Urgently Needed Bills Concerning Weapons of Mass
Destruction
And The NECESSITY FOR IMPEACHMENT

There has been a good deal of news recently concerning
the possibility of a
Preemptive nuclear attack on Iran, either directly by
the United States or by Israel with the U.S. backing.
This direction, the evidence for war, and the rhetoric
is in the same manner and fashion as how we entered
the Iraq war. The oft repeated “wipe Israel off the
map” is both a propaganda lie and not a justification
for preemptive nuclear war.
say? To quote his exact words in Farsi: "Imam ghoft
een rezhim-e ishghalgar-e qods bayad az safheh-ye
ruzgar mahv shavad." That passage will mean nothing to
most people, but one word might ring a bell: rezhim-e.
It is the word "Regime", pronounced just like the
English word with an extra "eh" sound at the end.
Ahmadinejad did not refer to Israel the country or
Israel the land mass, but the Israeli regime. This is
a vastly significant distinction, as one cannot wipe a
regime off the map. Ahmadinejad does not even refer to
Israel by name, he instead uses the specific phrase
"rezhim-e ishghalgar-e qods" (regime occupying
Jerusalem). So this raises the question.. what exactly
did he want "wiped from the map"? The answer is:
nothing. That's because the word "map" was never used.
The Persian word for map, "nagsheh", is not contained
anywhere in his original farsi quote, or, for that
matter, anywhere in his entire speech. Nor was the
western phrase "wipe out" ever said. Yet we are led to
believe that Iran's President threatened to "wipe
Israel off the map", despite never having uttered the
words "map", "wipe out" or even "Israel". THE PROOF:
The full quote translated directly to English: "The
Imam said this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish
from the page of time". This translation can be found
through Kevin Barrets MUJCA/ Robert Blume and others].

Jorge Hirsh recently wrote an article detailing the
moves toward war, nuclear war, with Iran and HOW
CONGRESS CAN STOP THE IRAN ATTACK. HOWEVER, HIS
MEASURES DO NOT GO FAR ENOUGH TO PREVENT A NUCLEAR WAR
AND WWIII.

CONSIDER DEEPLY THE FOLL0WING AND PASS ON TO OTHER
CONGRESSIONAL LEADERS

Six Congressional Bills Determining the Nature and Use
of
Weapons of Mass Destruction ( 6 independent measures
because as a singular bill it could be sabotaged, and
independently any of them would be extremely helpful)

I.
Congressional Designation of Weapons of Mass
Destruction and Determination of Use.

Congress hereby designates any weapon that has the
capacity to kill or harm 10,000 people in any given
short period of less than one year to be a weapon of
mass destruction. Any such weapon, being nuclear,
biological, electronic or of any other means by its
very nature is primarily directed at and harmful to
the citizenry of any nation. Thereby, any use of such
weapon must be gravely considered and authorized by
the citizenry, the Congress, of this nation.

II.
Weapons of Mass Destruction are never to be used in
any “preemptive” strike. Because many nations now
have them, and our own supply of them is beyond
numerous, it is abundantly clear to any nation that
any strike on our soil has the possibility of massive
retaliation and would be useless.

III.
No Nation without nuclear weapons will ever be
attacked by the U.S. with nuclear or other WMD’s.

IV.
Any attack by the U.S. on a nation with nuclear
weapons by U.S. weapons of WMD’s must be authoriz t ed
by Congress. That authorization must be based upon the
following: Clear and
uncontrovertible proof that said enemy has WMD’s.
Said enemy has made a serious attack on American soil
which has resulted in death or harm to 1,000 or more
people. Said enemy has been clearly and verifiably
discerned by various sources of Congress, government,
corporations,the Administration, and Citizenry (no
Gulf of Tonkin, Iraq lies ,ambiguities or deceptions).
Congressional approval of such action will include a ¾
vote from a committee of a minimum 12 women from
various religions. Women will chair this committee
because men have almost exclusively started war and
because women by nature are more in relationship with
life and the life force. This committee will be
established bi-annually from a pool of 1000 from
across the nation, thereby decreasing possibility of
influence from various forces of power in our
government, corporate, military complex and other
bodies of power.

V.
No commander who is under criminal or impeachment
investigationwill have the authority to authorize or
implement any use of WMD’S at any time or under any
condition. Any such
attempt will be considered a felony and a crime
against humanity and will be punishable by life
imprisonment. Furthermore, any commander under the
orders of any commander or officer of higher degree
that is under criminal or impeachment investigation
who attempts to execute a WMD order is also liable for
same crime against humanity punishment.

VI.
Any nation, whether an ally of the U.S. or not, who
makes a preemptive strike against another country
using any type of Weapon of Mass Destruction, will be
subject to immediate withdrawal of any and all
military, financial, or other aide or support by the
United States.

ON IMPEACHMENT:

By now it should be abundantly clear that this
administration is hellbent on achieving hedgemony in
the middle east through continued warfare in Irag, the
building of permanent bases in Iraq, and the “regime
removal” through both covert means and war, even
nuclear war, with Iran. There is not a shred of
evidence that this country, America, stands for the
good of all people, let alone even our own. “Fascism”
is the word of the day. This administration will
decline the advice and wishes of the American people/
the Congress/ study groups/ his own generals/ and
world oppinion. The only real and viable way to avert
further bloodshed and dire consequences is
IMPEACHMENT.

It also is abundantly clear that there has been
illegal acts in this administration regarding
surveillance, torture, denial of due process and
justice, and even sufficient evidence to warrant an
independent, subpoena powered, investigation into
various evidence of some kind of governmental
collusion in the events of 911. Clinton was attempted
to be impeached over lies about a sexual affair. This
administration has directly sabotaged our government
and Constitution.

It is also evident that Congress has given over its
rightful authority in the Patriot Acts, and has been
responsible as well to the destruction of
Constitutional rights and liberties in the Military
Commissions Act. The new “Democratic” Congress has the
obligation to restore these to the American People.
Otherwise, the Democrats and this Congress are as
corrupt, as dangerous, as this administration.
IMPEACHMENT IS DUE, IS REQUIRED TO HEAD OFF MAJOR
WORLD WAR AND CALAMITY, AND IS REQUIRED IN THE PROCESS
OF RESTORING OUR CONSTITUTION AND ITS IDEALS!!!!
