What does 'alleged' mean, Fox analyst ponders
Fairness and balance were nowhere to be seen on Fox News Tuesday morning as Fox & Friends interviewed a member of the Pentagon's outed propaganda program about President Obama and international terrorism.
Wayne Simmons, a former CIA agent and member of the military analysts program, which the New York Times outed in 2008 as a Pentagon propaganda effort, told Fox's Brian Kilmeade that terrorists are "emboldened" to attack the United States and its allies because "they recognize ... that there will be no repercussions from the Obama administration."
"Nothing has changed, it's only getting worse since the coronation of the boy king 15 months ago," Simmons said. "It is ... not an accident that every third world despot -- every third world despot, from Venezuela through Cuba to North Korea, virtually anyone in the Middle East that decides they want to take a shot at the United States and our allies, is doing just that."
And in a bizarre turn, the show spent a few moments pondering the meaning of the word "alleged," after playing a clip of President Obama addressing the Christmas Day attempted attack.
