now that there's been another terrist(sic) moran.
They are all clamoring for these body imaging machines which essentially perform a strip search of every person that goes through them. So much for a right to privacy.
Then we have people clamoring to not give the moran who blew up his underwear a trial.
WHY?
We need to get a grip and find our spines. These people are NOT a real threat. Not compared to the Soviet Union or Nazi Germany. It is embarassing for us to be cowering over these fools. The best thing we can do is to give them NO press coverage. If they got NO coverage, they would be having NO impact on anyone.

The media has failed as the 4th estate in the US.
I know that some don't agree but it seems that the terrorist are of a certain culture and are from specific regions in the world and it is logical to say that those that fit specific profiles..should be "Profiled" - radicalism against US - hard liners in whatever religion - paying cash for plane tickets - no checked luggage - and other indicators - family members waving red flags
There are many people from the same regions that do not fit those profiles so logically they wouldn't be profiled.
Remember one of the key things OBL wanted was to instill a perpetual fear in the US citizens and the world. OBL wanted to destablalize the one thing that America has held on to for a couple of hundred years "The Constitution". The response of the previous adminstration played right into his hands.
