Safe prediction: There will be an earthquake in Southern California sometime during the year of 5.0 or less.

Medium prediction: Cap and Trade bill dies in the Senate. Shelved until 2011.

Way Out Prediction: The company formerly known as Blackwater changes its name again to a single hieroglyph after major scandal.

2. My prediction is that we will be no closer to equal rights for GLBT citizens

than we are today.

Secondary prediction is that we'll hear Gibbs or President Obama say something to the effect that "we're working on it as hard as we can".
