Since they are both in Hawaii right now, I think it likely. It would be the classy thing to do, to recognize that political adversaries need not hate each other, or be mortal enemies. It would also be interesting to see how Limbaugh would respond.

Imagine the President showing up at the hospital, with news camera crews, to wish him a speedy recovery. Would Limbaugh be anything but gracious, and would that on-camera graciousness hurt him in the eyes of his fans?

I'm not saying it would, or even should, happen but it's interesting to speculate.
