Immigrant Investor Program Offers A Green Card

The recession has given new life to a little-known immigration program. Foreigners can get a quick green card if they invest between $50,000 and $1 million in an American business — and can show it created 10 jobs.

2. As I understand it, that is one of the few things we share with other developed countries.
From what I understand, if I had, say, $500,000 in the bank, Canada would welcome me with open arms.
