or just another tin-foil hatter, but it occurs to me that some of the pinch-point(s) through which intel passes (to be disseminated to operational agencies) could be controlled by right-wing, militaristic conservatives who WANT this administration to fail. I think it goes beyond traditional turf wars. Withholding crucial tips might just be in the interests of these traitors. I don't use that word lightly and I certainly recognize that the majority of our intel people are good citizens. But there must be some interests who aren't...including "new world order" multi-nationals.

to bury a memo or cable. Unless every cable goes to several people concurrently, which I doubt, it is certainly possible for just a couple recipients to bury something. Especially if they have it in for the current administration.
