Just weeks after canceling Adam Lambert's daytime performances, ABC made history on Wednesday by airing the first-ever gay sex scene on daytime television.

'One Life to Live''s Oliver and Kyle (Scott Evans and Brett Claywell) finally had their onscreen love scene, followed by a tender spooning moment. Evans, who is the younger brother of 'Fantastic Four' actor Chris Evans, is openly gay.

5. It's daytime TV, even their "straight" sex scenes are pretty mild.
No matter how steamy they pretend to be.

4. That's amazing.
good for OLTL - most soap operas tend to try to get out of doing that even if they do a gay love story.

It took some guts, since fundie viewers no doubt write lots of letters of outrage.

6. And so can they explain why they had a vendetta against Lambert? Maybe fictional gay sex doesn't
count/ I certainly will not forgive ABC for their blatent discrimination, and one soap scene doesn't make up for the viciousness directed to a real performer.JMHO.
