1. No not for good as the greedy will gain control again and do it all over

just like they did after the great depression. It's what conservatives do, no matter how many times their policies fail they always make another attempt at trying them again. My grandfather, a man who lost everything in 1929, said in 1980 that if America kept on electing stupid republicons that sooner or later the economy would come crashing down on our heads and the American worker would once again get screwed. Gramps was a FDR Democrat and though he had deep religious convictions he believed that country came before his religious beliefs, the welfare of the people came before the welfare of the corporations or the rich.
