once found not guilty they can't be tried in American courts for this crime. But could they be tried in Iraqi court of in the Haig or something like that.

At least that is the way the law read when I used the issue on appeal for a client who was sent to prison some years ago.

If they did, then we should try the prosecutors and Blackwater/Xi/whatever name they are using again. It would do no good if they were let off because the Department of Justice threw the cases for political purposes.
