1. what safeguards are there for when the government sabotages it's own case?

3. Smells fishy to me. The prosecutors should

have known better unless someone was guiding them in order to help out Blackwater. It happened during the Bush administration and I would hold nothing past them. I have my old tin hat dusted off and am wearing it again.
