Did Limbaugh fake a heart attack?

I dont get it. Limbaugh goes to the hospital in serious condition for what appears to be a heart attack then comes out with nothing wrong with him. A day later he is saying:

"The treatment I received here was the best that the world has to offer," he said. "I don't think there's one thing wrong with the American health care system. It is working just fine."

Maybe he just faked the entire thing just to take a jab at health care reform.

I was on codeine for a spell after a bad back injury. I felt like a thousand needles were hitting my chest all at once.

First and only time I went by ambulance to the ER, and thought it was a heart attack. Turned out to be just indigestion - gave me something called a grasshopper and I was better.

Chest pain is scary.

16. There are a lot of things that can give you chest pain

that is nearly impossible to tell apart from a heart attack until you're hooked up to machines and the lab is examining what's going on in your blood.

Some culprits for him could be vasospasm from those cigars he lives on, severe gastric distress from gas, passing a small gallstone, or just severe gastritis with heartburn.

I doubt he was faking anything. Ambulance rides and ER treatment are not fun, I don't care how much money you've got to throw at them.
