The Underpants Bomber should be tried in a court of law, an integral part of our justice system, and it would be an open and shut case.

300 people knew he tried to blow himself up.
3-10 people were direct witnesses to seeing him try to blow himself up.
The would-be bomber admitted he committed the crime and was unrepentant for doing it.

What are these asshats scared of? Do they not trust police and the FBI too?

1) UndieBomber has been interrogated and has been answering questions. The responses have been checking out as factual.

2) All the useful information that was provided by KSM was provided before they started torturing him. There was no useful information gained by waterboarding KSM.
