Hard right Conservatives, posing as supporters of Hillary Clinton are planning on using every means possible to attack sponsors of Conservadem Ben Nelson, not for opposing real health care reform, but for supporting "Socialist Rationing".

These bigots know that by scaring the sponsors they scare the player.

So it would therefore be completely right to scare the sponsors to support the American people in support of real health care reform, as proposed by the House.

Are there enough people to follow the methods being adopted by the people Rush Limpballs calls has Chicago babes to fight for real health care reform and neutralize the hard right message these bitter bigots are pushing?

If bigots can commit to it - can you?

Scene: A seedy street in New York. A police car, sirens wailing, pulls up and stops by the only man on the street, Senator Ben Nelson.

Kojak gets out of the squad car from the passenger side, struts up to Nelson and takes the lollypop from his mouth.

NELSON: Well, the private health insurance companies do.

KOJAK: Hey, baby, I haven't advised you of your rights yet. But if you want to confess to racketeering, go right ahead.

NELSON: Now, that's not racketeering. That's legitimate private enterprise.

KOJAK: If dropping heart patients from the insurance rolls is a legitimate way of doing business, then I'm a retired Kamikaze.

NELSON: You're a retired Communist? I thought you were a professional tough guy.

KOJAK: No, I only play one on TV. How much did those racketeers give you to run intererence for them.

NELSON: Me? They gave me nothing. They gave it all to my re-election committee.

KOJAK: What, do you take me for a sucker? (Kojak takes a lick of his lollypop.) No, c'mon. You're under arrest for racketeering and taking bribes.

NELSON: Oh, yeah. We'll sick a bunch of teabaggers on you. With the support of right wings mobs and American corporate money, there's no joint that can hold me and no election I can't win.

A mob of two dozen or so teabagger comes marching up the street led by Glenn Beck and Dick Armey.

ARMEY: There he is! There's the scum! He's the one who got that socialist crap passed the Senate.

NELSON: What socialist crap. The only thing left in that bill was a requirement that everybody buy health insurance.

BECK: Let's lynch him.

He can't be counted on when the chips are down, therefore he shouldn't be able to count on his base, either.

He's helped LIEberman kill the public option, therefore he should go down.

and that's fine. At least you know where you stand, and realize that with a far-right Republican you don't even waste your time trying to get him to vote for the healthcare bill (think Mike Johans).

'Cause i'm from the state of Nebraska - and Ben Nelson is by far as close to the left as this state will ever vote. In fact, he will most likely lose his seat to a far right Republican in 2012.. and he knew that when he pulled the lever and finally voted yes. 65% of this state does NOT want healthcare.. and more then that are "pro-life" bible thumping bigots. Nelson does what he can in this state to keep his job.

I don't agree with over half of what he does.. but I also know and understand the environment that he is working with.. and I know the Lee Terry types that are the alternatives. Nelson is better then those options IMO.

But, he lost. He had no name recognition.. and Nebraskan's aren't typically fond of "change". They see Nelson's name on the list, and blacken the circle. I think 1/2 of the Republican's in this state think that Nelson is a Republican (or at least they did).

I also voted & campaigned for Jim Esch to try and get Lee Terry out.. it was close, but again - name recognition worked against Esch as well.

If Heineman decides to run in '12.. I really think that he'll get Nelson's seat. And that right there is a far right Republican with a ton of name recognition in this state...
