Cheney's Rogue's
Edited on Tue Jan-05-10 10:24 AM by Beetwasher
I think with the stunning comment that was made on KO last night by Richard Wolffe that there may have been information that was intentionally withheld regarding the undie bomber terror attempt, I think it's a legitimate question to ask whether there are cells of rogue agents in our intel apparatus that are loyal to Dick Cheney and who are working to undermine the current administration.

Of course, there are other possibilities as to why intel would be withheld, such as "turf" wars etc. But I think if we're going down this road, and in light of Cheney's reprehensible comments lately (which is exactly the type of 'in your face' behavior one would expect from a sociopath like Cheney if this was one of his ops), I think the it's a legitimate line of inquiry to ask/investigate Cheney's ties to the matter.

Thankfully, this operation was carried out with the hallmark incompetence of a Cheney op. In addition, this can be used to flush out and neutralize these rogues, if in fact they do exist.

1. A very clever question to ask.... I don't know how answers will be applied to
this question, but I think it's important to ask....

5. Who Would Benefit The Most And
Edited on Tue Jan-05-10 11:17 AM by Beetwasher
Who is in a position to have influence to quash the flow of information?

Cheney's pretty much cheering on the terrorists. He would be filled with glee if there was a successful terror attack. Hell, this failed attack has him giddy.

They might get some answers.

3. A little waterboarding never hurt anyone
I'm sure his shitty ticker could handle a few dozen "dunkings", if not unh we tried.

8. I can't remember for sure
was it Cheney that described waterboarding as a dunking?

If it wasn't that decrepit old creep it was one of his torture loving apologists pretending that it wasn't really torture.

7. I've been thinking the same thing...
He left behind enough loyalists to know what is going on inside this administration. Obama was seething under the surface in one of his interviews, which clicked on a "Cheney light bulb" in my head. It was as if he wanted to say something, but knew he'd better shut up for now. I'm still trying to find out where Cheney's been the last 3 or so weeks.

I don't like his connections with the Saudis, Halliburton, Blackwater or DuBai (sp?). I feel he has enough connections, he can make anything happen.
