You can make the top 100 videos on YouTube under 4 different categories...highest rated; most comments; most views, and top favorited. When you encourage people to view the video as well as leave a comment on it, you're encouraging them to boost the numbers in those categories hence making it more likely to put the video in top 100. Your continual denial of this could make one question your true intent.

... and my guess is I probably am more well-versed in how it works than you do. it's important for progressives to see this nonsense so that:

1) We know what we are up against;
2) We can prepare a response;
3) We are ready to debunk the nonsense being flogged by teabaggers.

Hidinng you head in the sand -- and encouraging people to ignore what is going on -- does more harm than good. That's why Dems lost in 2004. We ran a more confrontational campaign in 2008. We need to do the same in 2010.
