I have found God, and she is a star in the making!

Use your imagination here with me and look at that picture, and you can see the image of a woman, walking, her head in the upper left quadrant, and her feet down at the bottom, with one leg complete, and the other just sort of there. There is an outgrowth to the right which looks like either a tail or a lemur, and on the head, slightly more to the left side, you see a ginger kitten, probably on her shoulder.

This is a brand new picture taken from Hubble, which was upgraded this past year.

Now honestly: if I can see THAT much in a space photo, I guess I can see how some people will claim they can see the virgin Mary in a piece of toast.

23. I love collecting astronomy pics!
You can get a new picture every day! The image above was from a news article, but NASA has new ones put up daily with an explanation from a professional astronomer.

(There's a great archive as well--you can enter in a search term, and get pictures that match your search term.)

but when I compared the two pictures, I can actually see something like that! Although I'll stick to my original interpretation, because it's more fun. :)

25. Strictly sticking to a realistic universe,
it is clear that the mind is the basis for all of our needs of interpretation. We ARE our own gods, because what we expect from the world around us, is unique and personal, and cannot be really defined by the standards of others. We have to look at the world from that view, and pick and choose our own viewpoints and belief system. So, yeah, that is just as valid as any other POV.

28. Definitely a gas!
It's great that they "see" right through the gassy cover, and show us so much with the new camera. We can't forget how very far away all these things are. Somewhere, on a planet in a faraway place, someone must be watching us as well.

14. You must be a gubernatorial candidate in Georgia..
http://www.independentpoliticalreport.com/2009/04/georgia-candidate-for-governor-admits-to-bestiality/

In Georgia, the Creators’ Rights Party candidate for governor is creating quite a stir by admitting to the fact that he’s had sex with a mule, men, and a watermelon, among other things. He has done these things even though he advocates a strongly anti-gay agenda.

16. My heart strives to believe that every woman, man, and entity
of any form is a star and evils result from not following one's True Path even if you are incarnated as a rocl.

We are lead by too m,any -- not all -- multi-generationl often unconscious to their essense narcissic psychopaths. Oops sorry to be so unkind and blunt to polititians and more so those under the radar in power. People want to be useful, healthy, see beauty, and love family and friends. I don't think luxury is a concern to most, just comfort, family, and community. There are parties that set this common construct against itself for selfih- power ego reasons.
