4. But we KNOW Big Ed can take them on! I have mixed feelings, cause I love his show, and he has been
a huge voice for health care reform. But Big Ed would work for THE PEOPLE in the Senate. I'd send money, too, as would many of his fans nationwide.

3. My first thought: Randi Rhode's reaction.....LOLOLOL
First her nemesis, Al Franken runs and gets elected... and now a second major nemesis for her, might run.... Ed Schultz.

Sorry, Rhodes fans, but she sort of deserves this... ;) PS.. if it were any state but ND, I wouldn't really think Schultz would have any chance.. but who knows? Go for it, Ed (if you want to)

I personally would not vote for Ed Schulz if he ran for the Senate in my state because he IMHO has a history to fly off the hip and talk before he thinks BUT in North Dakota..this might be the only way the Democrats could hold on to this seat...

7. No sense in jumping in yet.
If he has a good chance he should go for it. I would be very happy with that trade off.

8. he said last night there is a residency requirement in ND
You have to live in ND for at least 5 years before you run, & he's lived in MN for the past 2. :(

If he can get around that though, I'd love to see him run!

9. We need Ed where he is--controlling the microphone. He is much
more effective than he could be as a Senator.
