Seriously. We have a brazillion intelligence agencies. Not one of them can collate anything. They probably have all the data from the dawn of time and not a clue what to do with it. Gawd knows how many of them are off the reservation and doing what they want.

I think it's past time for them to be rearranged to say the least. 'Good luck with that' I say to myself. Anybody who tries it won't live either physically or with an intact reputation.
